Caldermeade Farm Famous Scones

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 30 minutes | Makes: 10 scones


  • 3 cups Self-Raising Flour
  • 80g Salted Butter
  • 2 cups Caldermeade Farm Full Cream Jersey Milk


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C conventional or 200°C fan forced.
  2. Sift self-raising flour into a bowl and make a well in the centre of the flour
  3. Melt butter in microwave
  4. Add melted butter to milk and pour into the well of the flour and mix
  5. Knead on floured surface and cut out scones
  6. Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes and enjoy hot with our Caldermeade House Made Jam & cream
