Caldermeade Farm Famous Scones

Prep time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 30 minutes | Makes 10 scones


    • 3 cups Self-Raising Flour

    • 80g Salted Butter

    • 2 cups Caldermeade Farm Full Cream Jersey Milk


    • Preheat oven to 200°C conventional or 200°C fan forced.

    • Sift self-raising flour into a bowl and make a well in the centre of the flour

    • Melt butter in microwave

    • Add melted butter to milk and pour into the well of the flour and mix

    • Knead on floured surface and cut out scones

    • Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes and enjoy hot with our Caldermeade House Made Jam & cream
