Where is Caldermeade Farm & Café?

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Sunday 9am to 4pm.  We are closed Christmas Day, New Years Day, and Good Friday.

Are you licensed?

 Yes we serve beer and wine and selected spirits 🙂

Are dogs allowed?
Friendly dogs which are kept on a lead are allowed on outside designated areas.  Service animals are always welcome.
Is there a picnic area?
We don’t allow outside food and drinks to be brought in, but we welcome you to purchase items from the café to enjoy in our garden & playground.

Farm

When can we see the cows being milked?
The cows are milked daily at 2:30pm and typically takes about 1.5 hours. The best place to watch is from the upstairs viewing room.
Is there an entrance fee?
Nope, the café, farm, gardens, and petting zoo are opened to the public during our operating hours!

Animals to see

Which animals can we see at Caldermeade Farm & Cafe?

You will be able to see baby Jersey calves, baby goat kids, rabbits, chickens, more goats (you can also feed these guys!), we have two majestic Highland cattle (Bonnie & Dougal, mother & son) two alpacas (Shaz & Paulie) and some deer

When are the animals open to the public?

Whenever the Cafe is open you will be able to stroll the grounds and look at our animals!

Is there an entrance fee?

Nope, the café, farm, gardens, and animals are open to the public during our operating hours!
