What Does Unhomogenised Mean?
Homogenisation breaks milk’s fat globules into smaller droplets to keep the cream evenly mixed. Our milk skips this step, allowing the cream to rise naturally. It’s still pasteurised, with that lovely cream-on-top finish.

We pasteurise our milk but leave it unhomogenised, so the cream naturally rises to form a delicious layer on top. That’s exactly how it should be! Give the bottle a gentle shake to mix it back through, or enjoy that extra-creamy first pour.
Splash it into your morning coffee, stir it through porridge, bake something lovely or enjoy a cold glass all on its own.
