
Caldermeade Farm Famous Scones
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cooking time: 30 minutes | Makes: 10 scones
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Self-Raising Flour
- 80g Salted Butter
- 2 cups Caldermeade Farm Full Cream Jersey Milk
Method:
- Preheat oven to 200°C conventional or 200°C fan forced.
- Sift self-raising flour into a bowl and make a well in the centre of the flour
- Melt butter in microwave
- Add melted butter to milk and pour into the well of the flour and mix
- Knead on floured surface and cut out scones
- Bake in oven for 10-15 minutes and enjoy hot with our Caldermeade House Made Jam & cream
